Our Junior Artists program is designed for younger creatives who love to explore, play, and make art with their hands. Each day is filled with fun, age-appropriate projects that build foundational art skills while encouraging imagination and confidence. Campers will paint, draw, sculpt, and even try simple animation—all in a caring, supportive environment that’s just right for curious young minds.
Parents can choose one or multiple weeks—each week offers new projects and exciting themes!

Color & Abstract
Week 1 (July 2-4)

Campers will kick off the summer with a joyful explosion of color and creativity! This week focuses on building confidence and freedom through abstract art. Children will explore color mixing, tape-resist techniques, and creative mark-making while learning about shape, balance, and expression. It’s a playful, energetic introduction to the art studio environment—perfect for young artists of all levels.
Animals in Action
Week 2 (July 7-11)

From wild jungle animals to playful pets, kids will create art inspired by creatures big and small. Through painting, drawing, and simple mixed media, they’ll explore how animals move, where they live, and how to bring them to life on the page.
Magic & Fantasy
Week 3 (July 14-18)

This week is full of wonder and imagination! Campers will dream up magical creatures, enchanted lands, and story-filled scenes. They’ll work with drawing, painting, and playful materials to turn their fantasy ideas into colorful, creative artwork.
Art Legends Remix
Week 4 (July 21-25)
Price: $450
Campers will learn about famous artists like Van Gogh, Matisse, and Frida Kahlo, then reimagine their work in fun and approachable ways. Kids will try bold colors, expressive lines, and unique techniques as they create their own versions of iconic styles.
Storybooks & Comic
Week 5 (July 28- Aug 1)
Price: $450
This week, campers will turn their creative ideas into fun visual stories. From silly superheroes to magical animals and funny everyday adventures, they’ll design their own characters and bring them to life through drawing, simple storytelling, and comic-strip layouts.
Around the World
Week 6 (Aug 5- Aug 8)
Price: $375
This week campers will be exploring how art is used in different cultures to tell stories, celebrate traditions, and express identity. From vibrant animal designs to bold patterns and folk-inspired art, each day will focus on a new place and style. This week encourages curiosity, cultural appreciation, and creative thinking—while helping kids see how art connects people around the world.
Ocean Explorers
Week 7 (Aug 11- Aug 15)
Price: $450
Inspired by surrealist artists and dream-like imagery, this week encourages imaginative, unexpected creations. Campers will blend collage, drawing, and painting to create optical illusions, layered landscapes, and abstract storytelling.
Creative Chaos
Week 8 (Aug 18- Aug 22)
Price: $450
This final week is all about breaking the “rules” of traditional art in the most fun and creative ways possible. Campers will mix up materials, invent new tools, and turn everyday objects into masterpieces. Each day features a new surprise challenge or art prompt that sparks imagination and playful exploration.
Summer Art Camp - Key Details
Camp hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Extended care is available for families who need a longer day: morning care from 8:00–9:00 AM is $30 per week, afternoon care from 4:00–5:30 PM is $30 per week, or full extended care (8:00–5:30) is $65 + HST per week. Drop in rate is $12 + HST.

All art supplies are included, and campers will enjoy a wide variety of hands-on art projects based on new weekly themes. Each day includes structured creative time, movement breaks, snack/lunch time, and a one-hour animation block for children ages 10 and up.
Food: Students should bring their own snacks and lunches to camp (MUST BE NUT FREE). Every Friday is Pizza Day—full-day campers receive two slices at no extra charge.
Camp pricing is as follows:
$275 for 3-day weeks (Week 1)
$375 for 4-day weeks (Week 6),
$450 for 5-day weeks (Week 2-5,7,8)
We offer two discounts:
$10 off per week for each additional sibling
5% multi-week discount when registering for two or more weeks.
Please note: We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for missed days or cancellations. If a camper is unable to attend due to illness and a valid doctor’s note is provided, a credit will be issued for the missed time. This credit may be applied to a future week of summer camp, subject to availability. Please note that the credit is only valid for use during the summer camp. Make-up classes are not available. Space is limited, and we recommend booking early.
Changes made to a completed registration are subject to a $30 administration fee (non-refundable).
