Digital Art Camp (8-14)
In this one-week camp, students will explore the full art development pipeline — from concept to final render. They’ll learn to create mood boards, establish a unique art style, tell stories visually, and basic animation skills. Through sketching, iteration, and final rendering, they’ll build industry-relevant skills and confidence in showcasing their work.
About our instructor:
Jay Naidu is a passionate concept artist, illustrator, and matte painter with 7+ years of experience in 2D and 3D design. He often embraces challenges that come through designing, producing, and developing production ready assets with open arms. He also has a burning desire to share the knowledge that comes with learning to overcome said challenges.
With a proficiency in environment, prop, asset, character, and graphic design, Jay loves teaching students all about the various aspects of the art industry. With his work being recognized by The Rookies for their Draft Selection Award, he is always thrilled to share his passions for art with those who have a desire to learn more.
Students will get one-on-one instruction and feedback from Jay as he instructs them on all the secrets on bringing their own, unique and original ideas, to life.

This week is all making characters! Campers will explore what makes a great character by designing unique heroes, creatures, or personalities with distinct traits, emotions, and movement styles. They’ll sketch, refine, and explore expressions and poses!
Summer Art Camp - Key Details
Camp hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Extended care is available for families who need a longer day: morning care from 8:00–9:00 AM is $30 per week, afternoon care from 4:00–5:30 PM is $30 per week, or full extended care (8:00–5:30) is $65 + HST per week. Drop in rate is $12 + HST.

All art supplies are included and campers will enjoy a wide variety of hands-on art projects based on new weekly themes. Each day includes structured creative time, stretch breaks, and snack/lunch time.
Food: Students should bring their own snacks and lunches to camp (MUST BE NUT FREE). Every Friday is Pizza Day—full-day campers receive two slices at no extra charge.
Camp pricing is as follows:
$330 for 3-day week camp
$420 for 4-day week camp
$525 for 5-day week camp
We offer two discounts:
$10 off per week for each additional sibling
5% multi-week discount when registering for two or more weeks.
Please note: We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for missed days or cancellations. If a camper is unable to attend due to illness and a valid doctor’s note is provided, a credit will be issued for the missed time. This credit may be applied to a future week of summer camp, subject to availability. Please note that the credit is only valid for use during the summer camp. Make-up classes are not available. Space is limited, and we recommend booking early.
Changes made to a completed registration are subject to a $30 administration fee (non-refundable).
