About: Young writers will explore the joy of storytelling through creative exercises, games, and guided prompts. Students will learn how to build characters, create exciting plots, and express their ideas with confidence. By combining writing with creative thinking and even light drawing activities this class helps students develop strong storytelling foundations while having fun bringing their ideas to life.

About: This course focuses on developing strong storytelling skills through character development, plot structure, dialogue, and world-building. Students will explore different forms of writing, including short stories and scripts, while receiving guidance and feedback to refine their work. With a focus on both creativity and technique, this class helps students build confidence, find their voice, and create polished, meaningful pieces.

About our Instructor
Rachel is a passionate writer with a love for the arts. An English graduate from TMU, she has obtained the skills of a critical writer, maintaining grammar, syntax, and creativity throughout her writing. In the classroom she aspires to use writing techniques with a twist of flare to make the process as enjoyable and interpersonal as possible. Her hope is that students can freely express themselves and find a new admiration for writing, as well as learn the different forums that come with it.
