We Offer 2 classes:
Character Design Intro
Ages: 8 -11
Date: May 5 to Jun 30
$250 for a 9 week program
New Students have to pay a one-time registration fee $25
Class Time: Tues 5:30 - 6:30pm or Sat 12 - 1pm
Students will learn how to design their own unique characters from imagination.
They will explore shapes, expressions, outfits, and personality traits to bring their characters to life. Through guided drawing activities and creative exercises, students will build confidence in their ideas and learn how to turn simple sketches into fully developed characters. By the end of the program, each student will have created their own original characters and a collection of designs they can be proud of.

About our Instructor
Sofia is a passionate visual storyteller, using comics and storybooks as her medium of choice. She loves to bring characters to life through their design, expressions and movement. Sofia has created a number of visual novels, gaining expertise not only in the creation, but the assembly of a comic, turning their work into books that are ready to read.
Everybody has a story to tell, it's only a matter of how you want to tell it. Sofia is excited to show this brand new world of comics to students, guiding them every step of the way, and giving them a space to tell their own stories.
